Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote arrived safely form Braintree and on testing was found to be transmitting a strong radio frequency signal on each button press as per normal functionality.
The hole at the end of the remote is a socket that allows this remote to be used by plugging in an umbilical and tether the remote to the receiver. The only thing missing is a plastic cover that fits over the hole, this being missing does not effect functionality of the remote in any way.
The customer is to try to pair the remote with the receiver on return and if that fails the issue could be with the receiver itself.
