Customer's Fault Description
The remote has stopped synchronising, it does turn on and light up but it won't synchronise, I have tried new batteries, resetting the mover control box and trying to synchronise multiple times.
The previous owner of the caravan warned me that he'd had nothing but issues with the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Doncaster and on testing was found to power up and transmit a strong RF signal on each button press as per normal operation.
The controller was opened to check for defects and no fault could be replicated.
It is a strong possibility that the issue is the receiver that is at fault.
The one thing we cannot test on the remote is the "secret" pairing code but this is not usually an issue on these remotes.
The controller was then tested over a 2 day period at random intervals without an issue being found. This item has been classed as no fault found.
