This Riser recliner remote control arrived safely from Rayleigh. A limited component test was carried out and a cable test carried out with no issues being found. It is possible that the issue is with the motors / chair interface rather than the remote control. The customer is to check the extension cable that site between the arm of the chair and the motor assembly.
