Customer's Fault Description
Have replaced battery 3 times with brand new batteries. Each time it lasts 1 or 2 days and battery is dead. It appears to be draining the batteries quickly without even being used to light the fire. Have checked batteries for charge with meter before and after fitting.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas Fire Remote Control arrived safely from Aylesbury and on testing was foudn to have an erroneous battery indicator caused by a faulty regulator.
The regulator and battery cable were replaced which restored full funcitonality.
