Customer's Fault Description
Low battery warning symbol flashes even when a new battery is placed in the remote. Will not light the fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely form Derby and on inspection the battery cable was damaged and the voltage regulator was faulty.

Both were replaced which restored full functionality.
