The fitment attaching the wires to the battery, in the remote, is broken. I tried a temporary 'taped' repair which worked for a while then it stopped altogether. I came across your website today and gave you a call. You said its not an uncommon fault. I am hoping you will be successful in fixing a new fitment. Many thanks.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Remote UM204 for Royal Hercules Motor Mover arrived safely from Boldon Colliery and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged battery cable.
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored power.
