Customer's Fault Description
Faulty connection when plugging it in for charge. The charging light flickers and goes out and will not charge properly
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Motocaddy remote control arrived safely from Doncaster and on testing was confirmed to flash for a second when the charger is connected.
When opened this was due to the positive terminal being broken on the battery. A replacement battery was fitted which restored full functionality.
