Customer's Fault Description
The fire does not seem to operate with the remote control even with new batteries fitted to the remote and the receiver.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Fire remote control arrived safely from Calver and on testing was found to not transmit a signal at all.

This was due to a faulty transducer, a replacement was fitted as well as a replacement battery cable.

Full functionality was restored.
