Orange Quattro Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Orange Quattro

Customers Fault Description : Iv marked the faulty Button on the remote with a pen. if you press it normally it doesn't work but then if you press the button really hard it then works

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Caravan Remote Control arrived safely from Blackwood and on testing was confirmed to have a very sluggish directional button.

This was due to a tiny micro crack in the print from corrosion.  The print was bridged which restored full fucntionaltiy.
