The whole remote wont change from CD to Radio for example. The on off doesn't work; the change channels doesn't work either!,
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely from Basingstoke and on testing was found to not respond to any button press.

This was due to a contaminated edge connector for the button array.  The contacts were given an alcohol clean which restored full functionality to all buttons.
