Customer's Fault Description
wire disconnected to battery point on both remotes. The buttons are hard to work you have to put to much pressure on the rise and flat buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two Adjustable Bed remote controls arrived safely from Warwick and on inspection the battery terminals were faulty, these were rewired on both remotes and then the button response was found to be very sluggish.
Replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons, this restored full functionality to both remotes.
