Customer's Fault Description
Top 5 buttons don’t work. The on, off, up, stop & down button, the rest seem to be fine as they light up when pressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Tv bed remote control arrived safely from Shotts and on testing was confirmed to have some non functioning buttons as per the customers fault description.
This was found to be due to a tiny corrosion spot in the print causing an open circuit to the topmost buttons. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
