Customer's Fault Description
Left side buttons not working: back rest and foot rest. Wires also showing at bottom
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely and on inspectio nthe cable was damaged at the remote entry point and the button contacts were found to be worn.
The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the damage and then replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
