Customer's Fault Description
No contact with the cart. probably not charging correctly. Have hade the same problem before and then i got a new one but this time I don´t get a response frpm them so I thought I try sending it to You.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This golf trolley remote control arrived safely from Sweden and on testing was confirmed to be dead and would not charge. This was due to a faulty battery (the battery had started to expand and was almost double the thickness than normal), a replacement battery was fitted which restored full functionality.
