The battery holder is broken and the wires have become unattached
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas Fire remote control arrived safely from Kingsteignton and on inspection the battery cover latch was broken away from the cover, the back cover had a crack in it and the battery cable was damaged.
The battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality. The battery cover was repaired (we do not normally repair cosmetic damage but as all parts were available we managed to glue it all together, due to the fragile nature of the battery covers latch this cannot be guaranteed as they are notorious for breaking, this will not effect functionality) and the back cover glued together.
