Purple line Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Purple line

Customers Fault Description : Not powering on even after 2 clicks of power button, did try new battery

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote control arrived safely from Bristol and on testing was found not to respond to its double power button press.

On opening the red LED was found to be physically shattered.  The LED was replaced as well as the battery cable which restored full functionality.
