Customer's Fault Description
Red light works. Battery has been replaced.
No white light shoes and nothing happens to fire ( fire working well and pilot light on).
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrive safely from Brixham and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation.
It was tested with our receiver with no issues randomly over a 2 day period.
It was concluded that the issue is most likely with the receiver itself.
