The on/off red button on the side is sometimes malfucntioning. We emailed about that around july 20th 2023
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Truma caravan motor mover remote control arrived safely form the Netherlands and on testing was confirmed to not power on on each power slide.

On opening this was found to be due to the mounting pins for the PCB being broken.  This allowed the PCB to move in such a way that the internal switch was out of allignment.

The PCB was glued firmly into position which restored full functionality.
