DISPLAY ON LED SCREEN WENT OFF. FITTED NEW BATTERY & DISPLAY WAS GOING ON & OFF & WOULD ONLY STAY ON IF BATTERY WAS TAPED TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE REMOTE CONTROL. REPLACED BATTERY WHEN IT WAS FLAT BUT CANNOT GET THE DISPAY TO WORK , SHOULD MAKE AN BLEEP WHEN YOU CONNECT THE BATTRY & DISPLAY WOULD APPEAR ON LED SCREEN. ABSOLUTLY NOTHING NOW....
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Dru gas fire remote control arrived safely from Cumbria and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a faulty battery cable, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
