Customer's Fault Description
There are 5 buttons. The mechanism has been difficult to operate for a while ( the buttons only working some of the time or if you twiddle the wires) and is now not working at all
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely from Swanage and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable.

A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
