it has five buttons. 2 work ok reset & forward. the other 3 you have to use all your strength
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely form Bristol and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts and a damaged cable.

Replacement conductive pads were glued under the buttons and then a straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
