Footrest / chair raiser button (bottom left of four) not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Recliner chair handset arrived safely from Oswestry and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts, someone had previously attempted to repair this issue as there was "foil" superglued into place. This was removed and then replacement conductive pads were glued properly into place. The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
