Customer's Fault Description
Negative battery contact spring broken while trying to improve the battery connection after the remote control had been dropped on the floor, causing the battery to become disengaged. All buttons have been working fine.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This wireless remote control for an electric bed motors and massage units arrived safely from Somerset and on inspection was missing a battery terminal.  A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
