Customer's Fault Description
The top button which turns on the fire and increases the flame seems to be working, but the down button which should reduce the flame and put it on standby does not seem to work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Durham and on testing was found to be transmitting on both the up and down channel as per normal operation.
It was tested with our receiver with no fault being replicated.
The issue is thought to be with the receiver itself.
