Remote not working even with a new battery.

This treadmill remote control arrived safely from Birmingham and on testing was found to be working as normal.  The code being sent was consistent and correct.

this item has been classed as no fault found and its either a fault with the Treadmill itself or a battery issue.  A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate a battery issue.
