Customers Fault Description : shows battery flat with new battery

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This gas fire remote control arrived safely from Derby and on testing was confirmed to have an erroneous battery indicator.

The regulator and battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.
