Customer's Fault Description
Fire does not operate tried all buttons the red light comes on but will not bring fire on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Reading and on testing was found to function as normal, a couple of the buttons require a slightly hard press but otherwise is ok.
The battery inside is low at 9 volts which could cause a range issue, it is recommended to obtain a quality 12v battery these can be found at https://ebay.us/fJzIyv
Once a fully charged battery is obtained the customer is to test the remote on all buttons with the heater whilst turning the dial on the back of the controller one step at a time.
