Customers Fault Description : Reset button lights up but 2 lower buttons don't work

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Electric riser chair remote control arrived safely from Bradford and on inspection the cable was damaged, the gromet missing an foil had been glued to the two main buttons.

A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and then the foil removed and proper conductive pads were glued into place
