Customer's Fault Description
The remote stopped working. A new set of batteries was fitted and it was paired to the controller. After a few days it stopped working again. The red light does not illuminate when pressing any of teh buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Garage door remote control arrived safely from Kenley and on testing was confirmed to be dead and also the item would start to drain batteries as soon as they are inserted.
This was due to a small exposed part of the print under the battery housing, this was masked which then restored full functionality. A set of CR2016 batteries will be supplied fitted on return.
