Customer's Fault Description
All buttons work on the remote and light up the red light but doesn't conect or turn the fire on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrive safely from Porth and on adding a battery was found to transmit without a button being pressed.

This was found to be due to one of the buttons having a resistance across it.  The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
