Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Extractor Fan remote control arrived safely from Winchester and on inspection the case was found to have a crack in it (this crack was glued)
On opening the battery terminal was bent out of position due to one of the solder points breaking (this usually happens when a battery is inserted upside down,, this also is the most likely cause of the case crack). The terminal was re-aligned and soldered into position which restored full functionality.
A Duracell battery will be provided fitted on return.
