Heki Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Heki

Customers Fault Description : Does not operate roof light

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Dometic Rooflight remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not respond to any button press.

This was caused by corroded battery terminals.  There terminals were etched clean and then replated using SCP.  Full functionality was restored.
