Customer's Fault Description
The gas fire will start on the remote. Then I am unable to adjust the flame and cannot turn the fire off at all ( I have to turn off the gas at the meter). The battery symbol is flashing even though it’s had a new battery.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gas Fire remote control arrived safely from Glasgow and on testing was found to have a faulty regulator.  The regulator and battery cable were both replaced which restored full functionality.
