Customer's Fault Description
The remote does not respond. I changed the batteries, but it did not respond to any command.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Bose remote control arrived safely from London and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.

The controller was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.

The remote was then tested randomly over a few hours without any problems being found.
