Customer's Fault Description
The Remote will turn down the flame but will not increase the flame,the red light on the receiver lights up when operating the reduced flame on the remote but doesn’t light up when operating the increase flame button.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas Fire Flame Control and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to function as normal with our test receiver.
Unfortunately the customer receiver has suffered a battery leak which has made a repair not possible. Once these items have suffered a battery leak they can produce faults at any time such as losing a channel and more importantly it can possibly turn the heater on without intervention making it dangerous.
