Customer's Fault Description
The remote has suddenly stopped working. Our first port of call was to change the batteries which we did but the remote is still showing on the display that the battery power is less than half.We have done this a number of times incase one battery was faulty but the outcome is the same.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Fire remote control arrived safely from Liverpool and on testing was found to have a faulty regulator which gave sporadic functionality to the handset.
The regulator and battery cable were both the replaced which restored full functionality.
