Customer's Fault Description
All remote control buttons are not working. The buttons are sticked.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Canopy remote control arrived safely and on inspectio nthe case was damaged and held together with tape.

Replacement cases are not available as spare meaning it cannot be replaced, this is the reason we do no carry out cosmetic repairs.

On of the buttons was detached from the PCB and another was "glued" into place.  All 3 function buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
