Customer's Fault Description
Suspected battery leak. Not able to power up again after replacement.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Solar powered roof light remote control arrived safely from Tunbridge Wells and on testing was found to be dead.
The battery compartment did had signs of a battery leak, this had traversed onto the main PCB, the main board was replaced which restored full functionality.
The customer will need to set up the remote with the existing window.
