Customer's Fault Description
Exactly as per the example you fixed already on your website; the remote no longer communicates with the receiver; I have tried replacing the batteries but it looks like a faulty Ultrasonic transducer in the handset. Please test and replace. Thank you.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas Fire Remote Control and receiver arrived safely from Rugby and on testing the remote was found not to transmit a signal.
This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset, a replacement transducer was fitted which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
