Customer's Fault Description
The up (increase) button works fine. The down button is intermittent and even when held hard down to illuminate the light there is no light on the fire receiver unit
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This gas fire remote control arrived safely from Somerset and on testing the bottom button was intermittent, When it would illuminate the LED the signal was present and fine.
The button was replaced which restored full functionality and the remote was tested with our test receiver with no further issues being found.
