Customer's Fault Description
Initially intermittent - then U/S after battery change.
No dry joints on battery contacts - no led on button press.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Brake Roller remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
On opening the red LED was found to be shattered, a replacement was fitted which restored functionality. The button response was sluggish, replacement conductive pads were glued into place and then a spacer fitted in the battery compartment. Full functionality was restored.
We cannot replaced the missing buttons as spares are not available.
