Customer's Fault Description
The blue button immediately below the orange button is not activating the motor consistently, has to be pressed several times before getting a response.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote arrived safely from Retford and on testing was found to have sluggish directional button response. THis was due to worn directional button contacts, replacement pads were glued under all of the directional buttons (the power ones were ok). This restored full functionality.
