Customers Fault Description : The screen is cracked - it’s lighting up but no text can be seen

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Heating remote controller arrived safely from Stoke-on-Trent and on inspectio nthe front case was cracked and the screen was shattered.

A replacement screen was fitted (this is from a scrap remote as spare screens are not available as new), the front case was also replaced.
