Customer's Fault Description
The remote doesnt switch the heater on. The heater display light is on though. New batteries have been installed in the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Wigan (it didn't have a reference number on the outside of the package so was not known to have arrived until it was time to look at the contents of the package)
On testing the remote was found to be dead. This was due to a fault oscillator, one a replacement was fitted full functionality was restored.
