Dimplex RC01-10 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No buttons working.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely from Otley and on testing was found to be intermittent.  One of the battery terminals was covered in blue crystalised acid from a battery leak (see image).  The terminal was cleaned up and then re-plated using SCP

Full functionality was restored.
