Customer's Fault Description
The blue light around the reset button is lit bit none of the 4 buttons work. I can't see a model number but it has recline and return buttons for back as well as recline and return buttons for the leg raiser
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This recliner remote control arrived safely from Chesham and on inspection there was mould from liquid contamination inside the remote around the reset button, this had started to corrode parts of the print causing a few open circuits.
The PCB and button array was cleaned and the print reworked which restored full functionality.
