Customer's Fault Description
Dropped remote on floor when changing batteries and none of the functions are working,ie temp control,flow,etc.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This shower remote control arrived safely from Fraserburgh and on inspectio nwas found to have a shattered LCD with the liquid leaking out.
We did have a look through our scrap bin but couldnt locate a suitable replacement display (these are not available as spares from any manufacturer).
Sadly due to the lack of a replacement display a repair has not been possible.
