Only On/Off and Heat 1 buttons are working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This heater remote arrived safely from Tyne & Wear and on testing was confirmed to have a couple of non functioning buttons.

On opening there was a tiny crack in the print causing an open circuit.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.  Replacement conductive pads were also glued under each of the buttons as the contacts were slightly worn.
