Customer's Fault Description
Screen is on but blank with no data displaying. I have tried replacing with new batteries to no avail
Remote Fixer Repair Response
THis Central heating control arrived safely from Manchester and on testing was found to have a blank illuminated screen.
There was signs of a battery leak on the internal terminals. This had led to contaminating the edge connector for the display. The socket and ribbon cable were cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
