Customer's Fault Description
Screen lights up with Batteries with date to enter. Up and down arrow buttons work to change the time but the O button to accept and move to next function does not. Not sure if other two buttons work as can2023-11-06 10:22:22responding to remote but maybe because we can’t set it up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fire remote control arrived safely from Bolton and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning bottom button.
The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
